With clinical trials taking years, HiperPatch plans to enter the cosmetic surgery industry first. To attract investors, they required a financial model covering both business units.
The Solution:
We built a dynamic financial model mapping multiple market penetration scenarios, detailing the cosmetic surgery go-to-market plan, and including valuation. The model featured an investment dashboard, ensuring a compelling case for funding.
